If a management company you work for runs on Hoamly, you get a personal link. Use it to keep your insurance certificates, W-9 and contact details current, so you never lose a job to a lapsed certificate.
How it works
- Jobs arrive by email
- Work orders are emailed to you with the association and the scope.
- Certificates read for you
- Upload a certificate through your link. Hoamly reads the policy details and tracks the expiry date.
- Paid once the invoice is approved
- Your invoice arrives in the company's invoice inbox. Once approved, you are paid by Stripe payout, or the invoice is marked paid.
Why the link matters. A management company cannot assign a vendor whose required insurance has lapsed. Keeping your certificate current through your hub link keeps you on the list.
