See your balance, pay, report a problem and read the rules, without calling anyone.
If your community is managed with Hoamly, you get a portal that works in your phone's browser. Nothing to install.
What you can do
- Pay the way you want
- Card or bank account, saved for next time, or autopay. Or pay from the link in your statement email without signing in. Receipts for every payment.
- Know before it is a problem
- Alerts for a payment due, a late fee, an overdue bill, a failed autopay, a payment-plan installment, a collection notice, an architectural deadline, a cure deadline, or a request that has gone quiet.
- Report it with a photo
- Maintenance, security, billing questions and general requests, with photos and a message thread, and a status you can see.
- Ask the documents
- Ask a question in plain language and get an answer from your association's documents, with the passage shown.
- Book the clubhouse
- Amenity booking with waitlists and reminders.
- Vote and keep the receipt
- Vote in the portal or assign a proxy, and get a receipt that confirms your vote was counted.
The homeowner portal on a phone: balance due with a pay button, a request in progress and an open vote, beside a question about the documents answered with the CC&R section cited.
- If you rent
- Renters get their own login. You can submit maintenance requests and read announcements and community documents. You cannot make payments, file architectural requests or vote. Those stay with the owner.
- If you fall behind
- You can request a payment plan in the portal. While a plan is active, collections and late fees pause.
- Getting access
- Your management company sends an email invitation. Hoamly cannot create or change your account directly; contact your community manager.
