Four partners do the jobs you would not want us to improvise.
Hoamly keeps its own ledger and its own records. For moving money, connecting banks, signing people in and delivering email, it uses partners that do those jobs for a living.
The partners
- Stripe
- Card and bank (ACH) payments, saved payment methods, autopay, pay-by-email links that open Stripe Checkout, and vendor payouts. Card details are handled by Stripe. Payments are paid into the association's own connected account.
- Plaid
- Bank connections for each association's accounts, with a daily transaction import that feeds bank reconciliation in Hoamly.
- Auth0
- Sign-in for the management app and the homeowner portal, on your company's own Hoamly subdomain.
- Email delivery
- Statement emails with PDFs, pay links, notices, portal notifications, the weekly digest, and vendor hub links.
Not integrated today: QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Slack, Zapier and Make. There is no public API or webhook feed for customers today. Hoamly keeps its own general ledger with a chart of accounts, journals and standard reports. For direction, see the roadmap.
